I just went to get my card, there were 3 attendants, only 1 was in attendance, the other two were on the computer and on the cell phone, there was only me to be attended to at the agency and they insisted on not calling and I just wanted to get my card that had arrived ! It is disrespectful to have only one customer at the branch and two attendants available calling customers to offer credit cards. That's why banks are in decline, there's a lot of bureaucracy, there's a lot of slow service, things are changing and banks are falling behind.

I went to the bank today, I loved the service I received, Manager Renan was super attentive to my case, he doesn't even look like those employees who barely look at your face. Small agency yes, but it performs its functions regardless of its size! I left very happy with the service
